4 Months

Actually you are now almost 5 months...I'm behind again.  It is amazing how much you have changed since 3 months!  Every day brings about something new, and you always keep us on our toes.

At your 4 month check-up, you weighed 14lbs, 11oz, and you were 25 inches long...big girl!

You love to practice sitting up in your Bumbo.

You have become very playful!  You still love laying on your activity mat, but you really want to sit up and play.  You sit in our laps or in the Bumbo and play with toys, or we hold you while you stand up and play.

Ellie (the elephant) has become your favorite toy (Thank you, Kaesviharns!)

You've started grabbing for toys

And everything goes into your mouth

For Christmas you got a jumpy/activity center and you love it!  You play in it twice a day!

You love spending time with mom and dad...we are with you 24/7!

We started rice cereal this past month, but you didn't really like it.

We tried it out for a week, but then we moved onto oatmeal.  You LOVE oatmeal!!

YUM!!

And just this week we started baby food.

We started with squash...so far you love it!  Hopefully you will be a good eater.

You are such a joy!  We love every little thing that you do.  We are so blessed to have you as our daughter!  We praise God daily for you!

4 months!!

You still LOVE sleeping!  You love your crib, but you will still sleep in your car seat or stroller.

Also this month we started using formula once a day.  You drink it down like a champ!  You even think you are a big girl trying to hold your bottle.

We love you, pumpkin!!
