It's been a while since I updated the blog, so I thought that I would just give a general overview of what's been going on in the Reis household over the past several weeks!
First, the belly is getting huge! I will be 32 weeks on Wednesday...only 8 more weeks to go! I will post some more pics soon, but this one makes my laugh because as you can see, when I look down I can barely see my toes!
Next, the deck was finished at the beginning of June, and now the patio is finished...finally! We knew that if we didn't do something with the patio now, we wouldn't want to do anything after baby girl comes!
Chris picked out the flagstone at Mountain Stone on 141. They were extremely helpful, and delivered everything very quickly. The workers arrived the next day and started laying the flagstone over the cement patio.
The finished product looks amazing!
I love the stone that Chris chose! The colors coordinate perfectly with our house and the deck! I think the wall might be my favorite. It was such an eyesore before.
They sealed the patio giving it that wet look, and it will last a lot longer.
Now that the outside is completed, we can continue to focus on the inside. The nursery is basically finished except for a few accessories.
I love, love, love the nursery! The glider and ottoman were the last furniture pieces that we put in the room.
Everything is so organized, and I love it!
We recently purchased our stroller, and my family bought us our pack n play. Both items will be very useful once baby girl arrives!
Our car seat snaps onto the stroller, which will be very convenient for the first few months. Tyger seems to like it!
The PNP took us a little while to assemble, but I think we have the hang of it!
It has an attached changing table and bassinet! We will probably use this instead of her crib for the first few weeks, especially if we are in NOLA.
I love how it folds up and fits into this awesome rolling case!
This will definitely be great for all the traveling that we do! Kolsch thinks so too!
Speaking of the doggies, they have really enjoyed being home.
They love the deck! It can get hot during the day, but once the sun starts to go down they will lay out there for hours!
Lately the boys have been getting baths at our vet. They always come home feeling so soft and with super cute bandanas. They only last for a few hours because they scratch and bite at them, but I love how cute they look!
I just want to snuggle with them!
This was how the boys fell asleep the other night while we were watching TV. They have always bonded together, and I think that they will even more when baby girl arrives!
So over the past few weeks, we've just been getting ready for our baby girl's arrival, and enjoying some time together as a family!

Everything is looking great... I lOVE the stone... makes a huge difference!
