Yesterday Piper was two weeks old. She had her second outing, a trip to Dr. Bone's office. Her first outing was a trip to the pediatrician's office when she was 5 days old.
This past Monday, I had to have my episiotomy restitched because I had torn two stitches. Guess it's not wise to squat down and pick something up after giving birth. It was a quick outpatient procedure, and Dr. Bone just wanted to check to see how it was healing (everything looked great). Stephanie drove, and we took Piper. She did amazing! I fed her before we left, and she slept in her car seat the entire time!!
When we got home, I took her out, changed her and fed her before putting her down for a nap.

We are so blessed that she has been such a good baby! She definitely has her fussy moments, just like any newborn, but she has been doing incredible!
